New Hire Driver Onboarding Program

This program is designed to offer expanded support to incoming drivers. This approach combines virtual learning with hands-on ride-along sessions, providing new hires with real-world experience alongside experienced teammates.

New Hire Safety Onboarding Program

This program focuses on ensuring that new teammates are thoroughly prepared to use personal protective equipment (PPE) and are trained in OSHA-required safety practices.

Safety Training Compliance Dashboard

This program simplifies the tracking and reporting of training compliance across teams, helping managers keep a closer eye on progress and confirming that all teammates are up to date with their safety education.

Fleet Safety Improvements

Reducing the Risk on the Road

We are committed to leveraging technology to enhance driving safety. These investments are designed to empower teammates with real-time insights, fostering safer driving habits both on and off the job.

Recently, we updated our telematics scorecard system—an advanced performance evaluation tool that tracks key driving metrics such as speeding, harsh braking, acceleration, and harsh cornering. This data allows managers to identify high-risk behaviors and implement targeted coaching to reduce incidents. Beyond improving safety, we also use these insights to celebrate excellence. Several brands have introduced Driver Recognition Programs to reward teammates who demonstrate outstanding safety habits, reinforcing our commitment to a strong safety culture.
