Orkin®: OrkinServes™

Orkin®: OrkinServes™

Our Orkin brand demonstrates its culture of service through the OrkinServes program, which provides teammates with opportunities to give back to their communities through volunteering. In 2024, Orkin held its fifth annual Mosquitoes Don't Deserve a Drop™ Campaign with the American Red Cross, an initiative aiming to bring awareness to the importance of blood donations and protecting people against the public health threats of mosquitoes.

Northwest Exterminating®: the Good Deed Team

Through the Northwest Good Deed Team, founded in 2011, teammates give back to the communities they serve. One initiative is the annual Acts of Kindness Challenge, where teammates are encouraged to make a difference through small, everyday actions. In 2024, the team surpassed its expectations several times by ultimately completing over 9,000 acts of kindness through thank-you notes, assembling care baskets, assisting customers, or dropping off an appreciation meal or note at a local business or first-responder workplace.

Aardwolf Pestkare

Aardwolf Pestkare

Aardwolf Pestkare’s team is committed to offering pest control solutions that address the root causes of infestations and support healthier communities.

One example of this occurred when Senior Technician at Aardwolf Pestkare, Nirhan bin Azman, identified a hazardous recurring pattern at a health care facility. Each time a client's daughter visited for therapy, the center reported a bed bug issue. Recognizing that repeated treatments at the facility were not a long-term solution, Nirhan suspected the infestation originated in the client's home. In collaboration with the client, the team took a proactive approach by offering a free home inspection and treatment. Foreman Suhaidee Mazlan conducted a thorough assessment, confirming the source of the bed bugs. After conducting the treatment, the recurring infestations stopped entirely.

United Way of Greater Atlanta

United Way of Greater Atlanta

Since 1985, we have partnered with the United Way of Greater Atlanta through teammates and company-matching funds. To extend our support beyond personal contributions, we host rallies, golf tournaments, contests, and silent auctions to raise funds for the United Way of Greater Atlanta, as well as other local organizations. We contributed approximately $1 million annually for each of the past five years in support of local community outreach.

We ranked #8 in the top 25 corporate contributors in both 2024 and 2023. We are also proud to be #6 in corporate contributors to United Way's Child Well-Being Mission Fund for 2024.

Grove Park Foundation

We collaborate with the Grove Park Foundation to help serve our Greater Atlanta community. Through this collaboration, our teammates have opportunities to volunteer with and support the foundation, which is committed to neighborhood revitalization, education programs, and job training that improves the quality of life in the Grove Park neighborhood. Last year, more than a dozen of our team leaders spent time with small business owners from the Grove Park community as part of "Grove Park Impact Day" to share best practices and advice. That same week, our teammates gathered in Westside Park in Atlanta for Grove Park's Community 5K.
