Region Manager Development Program

The Region Manager Development Program (RMDP) is a comprehensive leadership development program for mid-level leaders across the organization who lead multiple business units or departments and those preparing to lead at that level. The 12-month program offers a blended learning approach that includes facilitator-led training, executive and peer mentoring, immersive field learning experiences, 360-degree assessments, a six-month executive coaching engagement, and supported individualized development plans.

Enterprise Leadership Development Program

This structured development program focuses on leadership capabilities, beginning with Region Managers and extending to line-level leaders. This program will feature a workshop designed to provide essential training to equip our leaders with the skills to continue to drive business success and team growth.

The Rollins Learning Center

A State-of-the-Art Facility

At the 27,000-square-foot Rollins Learning Center in Atlanta, GA, we offer both in-person and on-demand training through simulated environments, classrooms, and a state of-the-art broadcast studio. This distance-learning facility enables teammates worldwide to access high-quality learning experiences anytime, anywhere.

Partnering to Provide Education

Our partnership with Purdue Global, which began in 2019, allows eligible teammates to earn undergraduate and graduate degrees at no cost.
