On September 8, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that it will celebrate its 40th anniversary on the New York Stock Exchange by ringing the closing bell at 4:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, September 10, 2008. The Company has furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 a press release of this announcement.
R. Randall Rollins, Chairman of Rollins, Inc., will ring the closing bell. Joining him to celebrate the Company’s 40th anniversary on the New York Stock Exchange will be Gary W. Rollins, President and CEO of Rollins, Inc., Henry B. Tippie, lead director of Rollins, and other members of senior management.
