On October 25,  2005,  Rollins,  Inc.,  a premier  North  American  consumer and
commercial  services  company  (NYSE Ticker  Symbol - ROL),  at a meeting of the
Board of  Directors,  declared a regular  quarterly  dividend  of $.05 per share
payable  December  12, 2005 to  stockholders  of record at the close of business
November 11, 2005.
